    Synopsis :

     

    Ce drama est basé sur le manhwa éponyme de l'auteur Jo Ju Hee et l'illustratrice Han Seung Hee, publié pour la 1ère fois le 25 décembre 2012.

    Jo Yang Seon est la fille d'un noble qui perd son père suite à de fausses accusations de trahison. Afin d'aider à subvenir aux besoins de sa famille, elle n'a d'autre alternative que de se travestir en un homme. Sous cette fausse apparence, Yang Seon commence à vendre des livres sur le marché.

    Une nuit, elle fait la connaissance d'un érudit confucéen, Kim Seong Yeol, qui se révèle être un vampire. Hanté par la mort de son premier amour Lee Myeong Hee depuis plus de 120 ans, Seong Yeol fera alors la rencontre du sosie de celle-ci, Choi Hye Ryeong.

    Pendant ce temps, un vampire démoniaque nommé Gwi, réside au sein du palais royal, celui-ci usant de ses pouvoirs et de toutes les machinations politiques nécessaires pour empêcher le Prince Héritier Lee Yun de monter sur le trône.
